Very slow service!! I ordered 2 identical swimsuits in the same size (I have twins)and it took two months to receive only half of my order and another 2 weeks to receive the second half of the order. I also had the same slow service with last years order.

I call and they don't know any answers. This has happened multiple times and multiple not receiving orders that we paid for.

Too slow

Order didn’t arrive on time and they charged a 20% fee when nothing was open or tried. When delivery man came we refused the order since it was later than expected. There should be notes on the computer that orders are taking longer than expected.

Horrible communication.
