Carton arrived open on both ends. Surprised item still in carton. Sent email to core about damaged carton, but no response. Customer service questionable.

The return was easy enough but it took an extra email to get my full purchase amount credited. Overall it was OK.

Some productst great some not worth a dime

Product broke during set up, we had to end trip short. We did everything the instructions told us to do, we believe pole was already faulty, and broke with slight stress. Also tore rainfly when it broke. Highly disappointed, basically ruined our trip.
