The included UPS Tracking is INVALID: Using this UPS tracking number I receive the following message from UPS: “We could not locate the shipment details for this tracking number” CORE charged our Master Card account on August 22, 2022 for $65.15 Your shipping information states: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipments usually arrive within 4-6 business days after processing. Today Sept 6, 2022 this order is 10 business days out from the notification of: “Your order is on the way” Has this order Number. 26610 been shipped and where is this order? If the order has been shipped why don’t I have a valid UPS tracking number? Per Customer Service @ CORE Equipment: 9/1/2022 @12:05pm Shipment has not left the warehouse 9/1/2022 @ 12:05pm our time: Shipment should ship today! Will receive an e-mail with UPS Tracking number when it ships!

First tent had a faulty light. Second tent hasn’t arrived due to shipping issues. I’m not very happy so far. Hopefully my tent shows up soon. It would be nice to receive some kind of voucher for another product or something for the trouble.

Sent wrong tent even wrong color the first time then promised to have right one to us by the time we were going camping and it never showed up until after we left👎🏻

I ordered and paid for two canopies and only received one. Still waiting on the second one. I was told one was coming but I’ve heard nothing since.
