Easy to order. I wish companies would use Canada Post. I had to drive to UPS to pick up my order. Canada Post would have left in my mailbox. Courier companies are terrible and I don't understand why companies use them.

I tried to buy the Zwift frame but when i tried to order it the price dropped to $720 and i couldnt add it (that was an inventory bug/out of stock). When I received the bike it had wear and tear marks at the back.

Delivery issues and no responses from Wahoo customer services. 250$ shipping fees and customs missing paperwork. Zwift ride was received on time. However, Handle bars and Kickr Core was grounded in US.

Wasted enough time. Won’t assist with a review.

it did not contain the piece i needed to remplace on my kickr v5 (axle adapter so the fork rests on it)
