Overall I would say it's okay I personally prefer to talk to someone over the phone or in person but I guess I'm showing my age.

It works! Comfortable and accurate.

At first, I had trouble to log in but I received help from the support team and I finally got my KickrCore to work perfectly. It's great to get to be able to work out with the Wahoo SYSTM app AND the The Wahoo RGT app.

Easy to order, shipped fast but UPS lost the package. Wahoo support was easy to deal with and allowed me to return the order as I'd bought one locally since I needed it before the lost package was due to arrive. Nothing to fault Wahoo with, just a fluke that UPS lost it.

It would be nice if the mount came with bolts
