Good service, easy process and quick + accurate shipping. Parts ordered were correct and work well so overall very happy with the purchase process from the Wahoo website.

everything came in a reasonable period of time. the only thing that was missing was a wrench to lock in the cassette.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. Not able to track the progress. Customer service provided a link that did not work. In a follow-up call with the transport company the representative claimed to have made a phone call to schedule delivery which was not true. The receiptant was expecting a call it is unlikely that the call was missed.

Delivery to Canada is expensive. Some better logistics could help that. I took more time for the order to be processed than other premium brands.
