Why your web site doesn’t cue “let me know when it is back in stock?” I was able to keep an eye on your site so I get the ZWIFT kicker but not everyone can have a chance to keep looking…

The trainer arrived damaged (scratched). The fedex delivery fee was not worth the price considering the disregard they had. Two of the three boxes were compromised. The subsequent customer service support was excellent. Patty was very attentive and proactive.

Everything about my product is great, I'm only removing one star as the shipping did not make it here the first time due to a packaging error. I had to contact support to get that sorted, which wasn't ideal. Although support was quick and really helpful!

Overall I would say it's okay I personally prefer to talk to someone over the phone or in person but I guess I'm showing my age.
