I asked for a second item when shipping. A service person responded very quickly and mentioned that it was not possible since the item was shipped. But that they would remove any shipping fees on the second item.

Arrived in timely fashion, the packaging is top-notch as is the merchandise! Very excited to put my new BOLT to use! First impressions; so easy to navigate that simple to use and set up.
