Generally good service and product - just a couple of issues…. The order was delayed by a fortnight and while we understand these things happen, communication to keep us in the loop had to be driven by us. On arrival, the seats were of a great quality (and look fabulous in the Wood) but had been packed with the fixing bolts loose and wedged between the seat tops resulting in an imprint on the surface. The delivery driver was lovely, happy and helpful😃

Came to site as requested, on time, good quality hoops.

Given it’s the 21st century I would expect it to take less than 6 weeks to get a bollard delivered Plus no indication that it would take that long when ordering and paying online on the website

Benches took far longer to arrive than shown on the website. No one from Broxap contacted me to explain why this was the case. Very poor customer service.

On placing order we were told we would receive the rack on the 18 August, 18 days after order placement. After many phone calls & emails it was received on the 18 September. Good job it was ordered well in advance
