Benches took far longer to

Benches took far longer to arrive than shown on the website. No one from Broxap contacted me to explain why this was the case. Very poor customer service.

On placing order we were told we would receive the rack on the 18 August, 18 days after order placement. After many phone calls & emails it was received on the 18 September. Good job it was ordered well in advance

Why is it so hard

Not sure what takes three days to supply a price for three items (especially when the price is on the website) which includes haulage? Why you're so keen to see which specific project the items are for sets off alarm bells also. Surely a delivery location is all you'll need to work out shipping costs and as an account customer, the prices we receive should differ from those on the website, which they don't! I'm yet to receive any explanation as to why this is that makes any sense whatsoever.
