Wrong foot slide

I ordered a right handed, left shoe slide. I received a shoe slide for the right foot. I have emailed twice with anyone yet to reply. On the other hand, I received the order rather quickly.

WHERE’S MY SHIRTS???

I placed an order for 2 shirts on Feb. 4th. I used the “free shipping” mode since I wasn’t in a hurry. On Feb. 16th, I had not received the shirts so I sent an email asking about them. I received an answer saying they would check into it. On the 19th, I received an “updated status” of my order. 1 of the shirts had been shipped but the other was in question. There is no explanation of where the other shirt is or when/if it will be sent. The shirt they are sending should arrive in 8 days! That’s over 3 weeks to receive part of an order and is not acceptable in my book!!! I still have no clue where the other shirt is or when it will be shipped. I’m not happy with this order and will most likely shop elsewhere in the future.

Hammer Scandal

I ordered a hammer scandal about 10 days before a tournament. When I received the ball, was the Scandal Pearl. I immediately notified BD about the mistake, also making it clear that the ball was being purchased for a specific tournament and the date of the tournament. I shipped out the ball as soon as I received the UPS label, but didn't receive the correct ball until the Monday after the tournament. I made it clear that I wanted the ball for this tournament and offered to make different arrangements to have it, but nothing was offered or said by the people at BD. I have ordered balls in the past with great satisfaction, but this wasn't one of those times.

Review is contingent on...

I received only a part of my order. 3weeks later I am still waiting on the other part of my order (items). I've contacted this company 1 week ago for a refund, fear that my items have been lost in the mail. I still have not gotten a response. So, my review will be contingent on how Bowler's Deal handles my order.

Problem with customer service

There is a chat icon yet no one is ever live. There is no direct contact to customer service, i.e. phone number. I have issues on my last order that still has not been resolved
