Customer Service

The item arrived in perfect condition however I was not impressed with the customer service. The seller took my payment but refused to ship the product until I had confirmed that I was solely responsible for all customs fees. It turned out that there were no customs fees. I feel that it was a waste of time and that the seller was conveying a message of only caring about themselves. The seller refuses to send direct emails and instead uses a messaging system on their website.

UNPLEASANT PASS HISTORY

IT STARTED OUT WELL ON PREVIOUS ORDERS IN THE PAST..THEN IT CHANGE DIDN`T KNOW WHEN MY ORDERS WERE COMING OR NO TRACKING NUMBERS OR MY ORDER WOULD BE SHORT..COULDN`T USE COUPONS ON ANY ORDER THAT WAS OVER 50.00 DOLLARS, THAT IS HOW WENT DOWN..IT JUST RECENTLY HAPPEN AGAIN..HOPE U DO BETTER IN THE FUTURE.

Poor customer service

The site is easy to navigate and offers good prices on equipment. My order of 5 items was received timely and all but one item was correct. My efforts to get any response from customer service was fruitless, as two emails and two phone calls went unanswered. I found a non-800 phone number on my credit card statement that was answered and I was told to send the item that was shipped in error back to the warehouse. I don't know if I will receive a credit for the item or if I will be reimbursed for the shipping charges I paid. To date, I haven't received any feedback regarding the return.

Paid for expedited shipping and it arrived 10 days later. The product is great. Asked for refund of expedited shipping, but have not received it.
