No response yet from BowlersDeals on a placed order
I placed an order on a storm hoodie back in late February and I have yet to hear back from BowlersDeals on if the order has been shipped (it’s been beyond the 8 business days) or if there is a delay due to the virus, or other reasons. Also, I placed two calls to customer service earlier this week but no response and I’m awaiting replies on both a Facebook message and email I sent them this weekend.
Highly disappointed right now on a lack of response from them. I did business with BowlersDeals earlier this year and things went fine. Are you still in operation? What gives?
