I ordered 2 items, only received one of them. Will you pls send the other item i ordered(black tape=paid $14.75). I had ordered same items before and no problem. I really like ordering items from your site.

When I was trying to process my order I kept getting an error. The only way I was able to process payment was by using the "Pay with Amazon Method". My order is still in "Awaiting Shipment" so I have not received my items.

I placed an order on a storm hoodie back in late February and I have yet to hear back from BowlersDeals on if the order has been shipped (it’s been beyond the 8 business days) or if there is a delay due to the virus, or other reasons. Also, I placed two calls to customer service earlier this week but no response and I’m awaiting replies on both a Facebook message and email I sent them this weekend. Highly disappointed right now on a lack of response from them. I did business with BowlersDeals earlier this year and things went fine. Are you still in operation? What gives?

Ordered some items and waited about 2 weeks. Emailed to ask about them only to be told the items are on backorder. Why was I allowed to order or why wasn’t I informed of the backorder situation beforehand so I could’ve made the decision whether I wanted to order or not?! Needed the items for an event and bowlersdeals failed me. I’ve never had issues until now and I’ve ordered several items from this vendor. It’s going to be hard for me to order again. I’m very disappointed in this vendor :-(

I have been waiting for my order for over two weeks. When I look up the tracking number it says “ being sent to a shipper on 12/10”. There are no further progressions. No where can I find a phone number to contact the company about this. I sent an email but so far, no response - and no product. Not a good way to do business.
