Still waiting on my Accessory Bag

I have always had good service in the past, but this last order, I am still waiting on an item. I ordered a VISE Grey Accessory bag, then was notified it is no longer made. The sales agent was nice enough to notify me so I could order another color. I received the rest of my order on time, but I am still waiting on the accessory bag
