I ordered 4 bowling bowls from you with an 8-10 business day free delivery. The day after I order and have paid for my bowling balls I get an email that my order has changed and only 2 will arrive on time. It’s been 11 business days with nothing on when half of my bowling balls will be shipped. I should have need notified before purchasing that I won’t know when I get some of my products and give me the choice of continuing with my purchase. To me that’s dishonest.

I recently ordered an Ebonite Futura with a 3-4 inch pin. The box arrives at my home on time, happy me. Box is opened and when the ball is examined, a 2.25 inch pin, now unhappy me. When I inquired about the incorrect merchandise, I was told that what I wanted is usually unavailable. When i verified the serial number on the ball with the box, I found that the box was mislabeled. Paying for shipping twice for an item I didn't order failed the logic test for me. Closer attention should be paid to the items you received in your inventory, what you post on the website for sale and ultimately, what you send to your customers. Labels are just that...labels. Trust but verify!!!

Received all but one product. Was really happy with everything I did receive... No apparent way to contact them to see if the item was back ordered, if I can get a replacement, or refund...?

Please do not assume all bowlers are right handed. I purchased a Trac bowling ball from your company & the ball could only be drilled for a right hander based on where the pin was. Maybe you should ask if a bowler buying a ball is right or left handed. Luckily my pro shop exchanged out the ball for one that could be drilled properly for a left handed bowler.
