I ordered the Great Bear board and later ordered the bag. I had several questions and concerns regarding shipping and my email was answered in a timely manner. My board arrived undamaged as it was packaged very well. So pleased. I again asked a question regarding the bag on the website. It took a little longer to answer than the email, but the answer was thorough. I would purchase again from Boardworks website.

I have many BW surfboards, unfortunately they don’t make shaper/designer boards anymore. I needed traction for my 10’2” BW Aipa and had to have the BW pad to match. Had to cut it down to fit but works just great! Huge fan of BW, would like to get a least a T-shirt from them!
