Customer service with these guys is over the top! Very personal and accommodating, which is very rare these days. Rob was amazing to deal with and gave me lots of tips and advise on using the board properly. I got a rigid Kraken 10-3 to use for paddling and stand-up surfing. The board arrived in perfect condition and the quality is amazing! 10 out of 10 in all areas for these guys!!!
