Don’t sell your boards in Canada unless you are willing to provide services. It says on the website ask Canada resellers to order parts but NONE will for small individual pieces

I was a huge fan of the froth 5’0 just an amazing little shore break/ punt board. Id even take it on surf trips when you just wanted to have fun. I bought a second board and was extremely disappointed that they had changed the rail design. They went from a thought out rounded short board rail I To an easy to produce sharp rail you’d find on a board designed for a five year old as well as adding way too much thickness to the board. I send an email asking to return the board because the design/ usage was completely changed and they allowed for a refund but stuck me with the bill for it. I’d understand that if they hadn’t sent me a different board that what they had previously sold. Unhappy with customer service response, response time and product consistency

I called a service rep about the poorly constructed fin box and I am waiting to hear back.

Owned a Kraken 10’3 since 2016. Great board. Contacted you about paint for repair without any response. Extremely disappointed.
