It was ok. I thought the board would ship quicker. Website seemed to imply there were boards instock locally but there were not.

Bought a board cover and a few weeks later, it was $30 cheaper. Emailed customer service and was told they could not do a price adjustment. Very disappointed.

No communication at all

Board was supposed to arrive before I went on vacation but it has been delayed for days in Chicago.

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for it. Continued to ask for shipping info. They sent me the wrong shipping company. When I kept pursuing, & it was tracked down, they said for me to call the shippers 1-800 number. (I had paid $145 shipping.) They finally got it to me and it was damaged. When I reached out, no apology or attempt to fix situation. They said they would have it picked up and send me a new one on their regular freight schedule. I told them to please refund me and to review their internal business practices and customer service. Very disappointing experience. Do not buy from.
