The company did OK, but the product didn't fit as advertised by the manufacturer. So by the time I returned it, a $40 product cost me $20 in shipping.

Shipping was confusing. I got emails saying it was supposed to be here and later got emails saying it should arrive soon. It took over two weeks to get here after they said it was shipped.
