Product arrived in a timely manner

Everybody I talked to knew there stuff as far as bikes are concerned.

First point, and it's important, you had an common tire that no one else had at the time. Big props for that. I guess in this day of Amazon and super fast delivery, I probably have unrealistic expectations, but when it takes almost a week to have the item packaged and put on a truck, I'm disappointed. At the same time, once the item was shipped, it arrived quickly.
