Bike arrived in a "Giant"

Bike arrived in a "Giant" box. Assumed it was pre assembled and put in another box for shipping. Assumed wrong. Chain went into spokes and put a scratch in my new frame. Rear brake wasn't adjusted properly either. Major bummer. The bike itself is outstanding just make sure you go over it and don't assume someone else did.
