Customer service

Products are good but customer service is absolutely terrible order new steering wheel and quick release hubs put all on open wheel to find out wrong one call and wouldn’t send right one till I send that one back took a week to get back car sit during deer season waiting on it was going to get wheel and tires but think I’ll try somewhere else

UPS shipping services are terrible.

UPS shipping services are terrible. I know that’s not your fault, but you may consider other shippers as that tarnishes the overall experience. Regarding Assault, I called at 5pm mountain time. Message said your office (in California) hours are 8am to 8pm. You should have answered, but no big deal as I assume you are busy. But, I left my name and number, requested a call, and never got a call back. That’s unacceptable, and in addition to the horrific UPS fiasco in getting the product results in 1 star. Actual product is not reflected in rating.

Don’t buy this product!

I placed my order in June. I received my order at the end of August. When I opened up the order, the screws that were there to put it together were the wrong size. So they sent a new order with just the screws that I received a week later. When I opened that package, they were the exact same screws! So I’m going to assume that the product that I ordered was tapped wrong so the screws that they think work don’t.

Experience was good. I’ve tried

Experience was good. I’ve tried Iunsubscribing from their e-mails for 2 months. I will not buy anything from them again. Still getting 3-5 emails a week.
