I ordered a simple piggyback wire harness to hook up some whips for my 2022 X3 and the part i received was the wrong part. A waste of my time and money

I bought a set of radius rods and was sent the wrong year spacers. When I emailed about the problem they weren’t helpful at all and only offered for me to send it back, which made me buy another brand and wait even longer. When all you guys had to do was offer to send me the correct spacers and it would have been fixed. Instead I sent them back and canceled a second order I had made for different parts. This same thing happened when I purchased sway bar end links a couple years ago, wrong spacers and had to fight to get the correct ones sent.

Terrible. Ordered replacement glass for an assault mirror which had cracked and was in usable. Was send a mirror that is way to big. Was told they didn’t have a replacement for a replaceable assault mirror. Cost 25 dollars shipping for a 9 dollar item.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company on a build for my Rzr. Couple months after the build a set screw on my shifter stripped out. I called and asked if they could do anything to help. They said no and that I would have to buy a new one at full price. Will never buy from Assault again
