customer service, i would give a -10 if i could and your warranty, is useless to any of your customers, i feel sad and bad for anyone who buys your ebikes !!!

Ariel Rider sells me a bike that I paid over 3,800.00 dollars for and did not know who I was and could not find me anyplace in their purchase history. Virtually impossible to reach. I basically threw away my money making this purchase. Cheap lighting ect. Get your act together
