If you want a cheap product that will fail in one month after minimal use buy one of their bikes. Additionally they will do very little to fix it even when you live 4 miles from their corporate office. Worst buying experience ever.

Inept and lazy when fulfilling a simple order. Purchased a basket and mount. They sent the wrong bolts twice!!!. First time wrong bolts without any washers. Second time, wrong bolts no bolts no washers after I had sent Arthur pics from their own posted instructions. This was over the course of a month. Basically, couldn't do the job a 3 year old could do.

I purchased this Ariel rider e-bike for my 21 year old son! It arrived damaged! Spare parts were not available (back order) so it sat idle for a month! The damaged part was the screen that gives the read out and it had no power. We were told that it was not covered by warranty! We can order a new display unit and we will be notified via email when it is available! I attached some pictures! I highly encourage folks look at Juiced E-bike! They are great, reliable and have excellent customer service! I have had my juiced e-bikes since 2019 both my wife and I are very pleased! Buyer beware Arielrider bikes are worthless! We are still waiting for the broken part shown in the photo! Unfortunately we could not return, but I want to warn future potential buyers!

The bike arrived damaged. Multiple paint chips in 3 different areas of the frame. The battery had a 2 inch scrape and even after adjusting the derailleur it still skips. The packing was in excellent condition so this happened during packing/assembly at the factory. Customer service gave 150$ for all these damages without me agreeing to it. They would not accept a return/exchange without me paying 25% restocking plus shipping. When I buy new, I expect new. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Not because of the damages, but because of their refusal to make this right.

Almost one month after I received my bicycle it shut off while I was riding up a hill. I contacted customer service via email and all they sent me was a video on how to diagnose your bike which involves turning on your bike on which I can not do. I will never buy anything from them again and make all my friends know about my experience.
