Recieved the bike finding the front wheel is off but still attached by a cable. Very cumbersome to assemble..... While unpacking saw the cable was bent. Sent a pic to the only email I could find while looking for support. info@ which was bounced back.... Replied to an email from them when they wanted to book the order, crikets..... Stopped unpacking and to ensure the cable isn't going to be a future issue. Hope the support is there going forward or I will have to eat the restocking and shipping charges. Lots of great deals out there.....

Prefer picking up phone with customer service rather than dealing with a website ..

Customer service/order protection is terrible Dont get me wrong a few good people but their instructions by management do not induce good service

Last customer service interaction was pedantic and argumentative to avoid offering an actual solution.
