I have requested the back

I have requested the back seat for compensation for damage shipment t. That was fd up and I was sent another main seat. The I gave in and offered the extension seat and it was never delivered. Weeks now. “F” for customer service!!!!

Supply chains issues stay away

They are always out of stock of something it's ridiculous. When you ask for shipping to be waved because you've had to place 3 orders due to THEIR OWN supply chain issues they tell you to kick rocks. Much better options out there keep looking. If they allowed returns I would send it all back including the bike. I plan on selling it in spring at a loss and moving on just to never have to deal with them again.

It's sitting useless in my

It's sitting useless in my living room for a week now. It arrived damage and all they're going to do is send me a replacement set of forks. I live in an apartment building, no tools or idea how to remove and replace. Very disappointed

I wanted to share my

I wanted to share my experience with the Ariel Rider e-bike I purchased recently. Unfortunately, it's been quite disappointing so far. Living in Montana, I was excited to enjoy the remaining weeks of our short summer on my new e-bike. However, within a week of purchase, I started having issues with the battery heating up. I contacted Ariel Rider, and they told me to stop using the battery immediately and send it to them for inspection and repair. The frustrating part is they didn't offer a replacement battery to use in the meantime. This left me with a brand-new bike that I can't ride, rendering my $1,500 purchase pretty much useless. The process of sending the battery back and waiting for a repaired one to be returned is likely to take weeks, if not months. This means I'll miss out on the prime riding season I was looking forward to. I feel like I wasted my money and time, and I don’t see myself buying from Ariel Rider again. In the next few days, I'm planning to purchase another e-bike from a different brand and either sell my Ariel Rider as is or send the battery back, taking a gamble on what the outcome might be. Overall, I'm very upset and let down by this experience, and I wouldn't recommend Ariel Rider based on my experience.
