BUYER BEWARE
Though AR is prompt with their responses to help, they're extremely poor in taking responsibility for their lack of edification when it comes to showing their customers how to assemble their ebike. They admit their assembly directions are just a general guide, not a complete guide. They also suggest you get a professional to help assemble the bike. Imagine paying $1,500 for a bike and you only get a general guide to assist in the assembly? Then you should pay a professional to assemble it? This is despicable and shady business practices. My son bought two E bikes from two different companies and the LCD screens came already connected. AR banks on the ordinary layman to break a prong so they can collect an extra $99 from their unsuspecting customers.
