Terrible customer service. I’ve sent

Terrible customer service. I’ve sent several emails to the company (regarding gearshifting problem). I’ve been completely ghosted. Love the bike, customer service…not so much.

Fun bike but Disappointing

I have to start by saying I was so excited to get this bike. I did tons of research and I do love my bike. It's so much fun. However, I did have an issue with shipping and was told I'd get a $100 credit that never came, also, RIGHT after I got my bike they did one special after another with between $7-900 off the exact bike I bought. Needless to say that is super annoying. Then I waited months to be able to order the basket and seat set up at another $300 because it was constantly out of stock. I don't like to be gouged. It just doesn't feel good when a business does that. About 2 months after I bought mine, I found a "like" model on amazon for $1500 LESS than what I paid. His headlight is brighter, he has an actual horn, his seat is more comfy, It holds more weight and I got a 2 year warranty that covers ANYTHING. If they can't fix it they refund me what I paid. It is a comparable bike. Because of all of that I wouldn't buy this brand again.

Damage to frame and forks.

When I got bike unpacked it had crushed display, gauge in frame and chips out both forks. I sent pictures of all and only thing been replaced was display. You pay $3300 for bike I shouldn’t have to settle with bike already damaged. I’ve sent pics and you guys keep ignoring them. I guess you guys don’t want to deal with it.
