Working through FedEx. I had to take 4 days off because they kept saying. Your grizzly is on the way so I had to stay home to sign papers. And the grizzly never came. After taken four days off it finally later. Number 2 You can't order anything from grizzly. I've been waiting. 2 months, 3 months for a battery charger for the grizzly. They say you are all sold out, but you wouldn't be all sold out if you. Put two chargers in the grizzly box. Your Grizzly is one of the best things I have ever bought in my life. But you shouldn't sell things we can't buy parts for. Thank you very much

My lcd started fault 30 after 45 miles. I was told it was missing a pin on connector so it wasn't covered by warranty. I resent a picture that shows all 6 pins. This should be replaced at no cost to me. Also I have purchased two Keplers in the past two years.

Real low quality mirrors arrived failing apart in shipping box, cost more ship back to Ariel Rider then they’re worth. Will never do business with Ariel Rider again, my wife birthday bike would have been a Ariel Rider, not a chase now that we now about the company.
