I was asked to leave this review I typically don't leave reviews for companies that I don't care for. I love the bike don't really care for dealing with customer service. They offer veteran discount but only on a new bike so you know, if you bought one already you don't get a discount. When they sell you a bike they don't write down the serial number they want you to write down the serial number send the number to them if you want your bike to be under warranty. if you do almost anything to your bike it will not be under warranty. So I have an almost new bike that's not under warranty I gave them the money but I don't have a warranty. So as usual with quite a few of these online companies I'm on my own.

Fast shipping but bike arrived defective and Aerial wanted ,,$100 plus shipping for the defective part

My new bike is still down slow response on sending me a replacement battery. The original battery is dead
