Bike arrived damaged and you’ve been too slow on resolving this problem. Also, you’re locking its potential so users can’t adjust the speed! What if I want to take it on private land or other roads where higher speeds are allowed? What if on this private land there’s no cell service to use the app to temporarily unlock the speed.

Warranty process terrible.

Customer service is online email.First day received bike (Grizzly ),rear battery not working,had to email then trouble shoot, take photos..ect,final diagnosed as bad off/on switch,"ok well just send me another battery now the issue has been diagnosed "Nope,was send battery back to them by ground which the box they will provide after it's sent to you from them,then send it back and wait for another diagnoses, while at the lease 2 weeks has passed and maybe there ready to send your your battery and remember ground fedx because of lithium-ion battery. Yes I finally got my rear battery 2 weeks later and a exception was made that I only had to wait for my return box to come get it scan and picked up so they know I sent it,then they would start my process of receiving a battery. I also asked that representative or manager call me ,no response, No nothing for any of my inconvenience period.
