As the title says the bike I purchased (the Kepler) is a real good and reliable bike. The only problem is that there aren't any parts that I can buy from ariel for it and when I tried calling about it I got nowhere. I had to replace the screen and after looking it up I found out that people couldn't get a replacement screen from Kepler and had to go through another company entirely to obtain one. So instead of paying maybe $150 on a new screen directly from ariel I payed over $250 for one. Tdlr: Good bikes but you'll have to source your own parts for them.

I shopped for days online trying to find an e-bike that had a full suspension and more of a motorcycle/moped seat for comfortable off pavement riding down forest trails. I was really happy when i stumbled across the XClass and bought one last spring. I liked it alot and had no issues with it so I bought a second one. However the second one showed up with a headlight that had scratches on the lens. And something was wrong with the chain/gears because the chain slips every time you try to pedal. So it can oy be used with throttle. But the worst part is the throttle response. The first Xclass I bought the throttle was perfect. Very easy to modulate. The 2nd one is difficult to ride because the throttle is like a light switch. It's hard to take off gently. And because the throttle is so sensitive, every time you hit a bump it effects the throttle. VERY ANNOYING to ride. It's a huge disappointment after the first one I bought was fantastic.

I had an experience today with the chain coming of the front chain drive. I got it back on and had dirty hands till my next destination, then no more problems today. If this becomes a recurring problem what can I do or where can I go to fix it?

Bike came with a crossthreaded bolt in the headset which should’ve been caught before the bike shipped out, made bike un-rideable as-is. Was able to get new parts, but still needed more bolts for the fender. Bolts came but they were too long so I had to jury-rig some washers to make everything work. Good bike though.
