The bike is great but there is no conact other than email. I've tried to call 30-40 different times and left voicemails with no avail. You need to have someone answering calls. Even before I bought the bike I wanted to talk with someone and could get anyone on the phone. If my friend didn't have one of your bike for me to see, I wouldn't have purchased it.

Fed ex wouldn’t deliver the bike to my apartment. I had to rent a U-Haul and pick it up.

I just got it this morning. It seems that the box was Oppen eland closed a couple of times. The bracket on the front fork is damaged. The display has scratches and is showing a 2.1 miles on it.

Still have not received my package to ship battery back. It was alot faster response than last time.

I love the bike and think it’s a great product, but I’m just disappointed with the timing of my purchase. A week after I bought the bike you guys lowered the price by hundreds of dollars. I almost feel like I was taken advantage of. I know that feeling will be there every time I get on the bike and will definitely be a part of my thinking the next time I buy a new one.
