I would love to give you five stars because I do like my bike. I have to be honest with you I ride my bike very gently. I follow all the recommendations in my battery didn’t even last two years and I had to spend almost $900 for a new one now I did it because I like ride my bike but I sure hope this battery last more than two years. It would’ve been nice to get a little bit of a discount. Oh well thank you for everything else. I just hope the battery lasts a little bit longer.

Great service and products. It's just upsetting that a $200 battery costed me over $300 with shipping and taxes.

My Ariel rider front breaks make noises when the bike came. Furthermore the bike shifter barely works and when in gears its clicks makes noises. I didn’t get off-road tires

I shouldn’t have to buy an extra pole and seat it should come with a seat for an adult wider seat it a seat for kids

Very slow and was charged prior to delivery.
