I had to say so far my experience with Ariel Rider has just been middle of the road. yep nothing bad nothing wonderful. I was going to buy an accessory from them but it's out of stock and you know who knows when it's coming back in stock. I asked to be told about the batteries BMS and I was told yes it has one. not quote. my brain went no kidding I know it has one I wanted to know which one it was.

Nice bike once I replaced, two controllers, tree cable, display and tires.

Carefully keep your shipping container because if you need to return your bike it has to be in original packaging
