Shipping was 2 days late but everything else is a ok

Arrived as promised, had a flat after a week riding Great service and bike

It's pretty fast, comfortable and easily manages moderate hills which was the sole purpose of buying it. A digital lock or a central lock system would be very useful upgrade. Somewhat like this bike won't run without a key or fingerprint would be great. So far enjoying riding it.

The bike works great and came very fast assembly was quick and easy. There was a big chip in the paint that is very noticeable I used the included touch up paint but the paint chip is deep and sticks out like a sore thumb and will need to be sanded and feathered to make it look good. That is why I removed one star. The shipping box was in perfect condition the paint chip was done before or while it was being boxed up. Also I need a second charger and they seem to be out of stock.

Shipping was great no damage on box just the bike have a lot of defective parts read my reviews.
