Delivery was early. Unboxing and putting it all together was a snap. Could come with a more comfortable seat and lighter rear shock. Otherwise no complaints. I live in a very hilly area and am still riding in class 2. Haven't found many hills I can't top at 20 mph. That's plenty fast for an 86 year old, wouldn't you say ?

the warranty service was very good. I sent a picture of the broken part and it was replaced with no problems.I wold recommend this company. the bike is a good product.
