Great feature for the X-Class rear seating

Overall good bike. Shipping damaged bike and left crank arm or pedal had an issue.

Shipping was quick. Customer Service is slow with my emails taking 3+ days to answer, no one answers the phone. Customer Service could be way better, especially for someone actually purchasing a bike! Now, since no one would respond in a timely manner, I'm stuck with a set of tubes I didn't need. 😒 The site itself was easy to navigate and had quite a bit of information on products. You could have way more instructional videos on the various bike assembly and accessory installation. Overall 3 1/2 stars, mainly for slow customer service. Can't rate 3 1/2, so I'll give a 4 instead of a 3. You have excellent products, you just need to step up customer service which includes videos. If you need consulting, let me know. 😉
