This bike was a gift and overall I’m fairly happy with it. It’s sleek, it’s comfortable and I love the design. Something definitely happened in shipping because there was cosmetic damage to the front fork, and the fork guards were broken. Outside of that I think this was a very nice bike and I would make the purchase again, having tested it out.

The bike and customer service has been great, but still waiting on the extra battery weeks later?!

Your shipping costs are outrageous. And your phone mount is junk it keeps sliding down around the bar. Not counting that but the ball that holds the phone itself also keep sliding down
