Took awhile for the basket to become available again.

I'm very pleased with the company and parts. However, I had ordered the parts and they wouldn't send them until I showed proof or where and when I bought the bike. It took me a minute to find the receipt and I ended up waiting because I couldn't find it. I remembered the shop/guy who I purchased it from and relayed it to the company. Strange policy but I guess they don't want returns for something someone bought incorrectly.

My service was pretty good, the packages was properly packed. The ordering was simple and the customer service was good as well, Thanks 😊. I haven't been able to ride my bike at this time because of the winter weather here in Chicago. I am looking forward to the spring and summertime, the weather should be much better by then.
