The Ariel Rider website is user friendly and easy to navigate. There's lots of information available and it feels like the company genuinely cares about their customers. Fortunately I've had no issues but if and when I need customer support I hope I can count on them to be there.

Very well built bike and it pulls my dog cart with no problem. I would like to be able to reset the trip meter and it would be nice to have a option to dim the computer light. It also would be nice if there was a better headlight but other than that it’s a great E bike and super fun.

This bike makes biking fun again. Beautiful bike. Have gotten many compliments.

Ariel Rider is one of the best companies I have done business with. They have fast shipping and everything has been packed well. I really like my X-Class Ebike.
