Had to manage a service issue and Steve led me through each step of it with excellent communication. I'm very pleased with how everything went. Love my Grizzly and am quite fond of Ariel Rider's customer service across the board, no complaints. Great folks.

Fast shipping, well packaged. The bike was easy to put together and the battery had enough charge to take it for a ride as soon as it was assembled.
