Great experience

There are a lot of e-bike companies out there. Some are great, some not so great. Ariel Rider has been the best of the best. The website works well. Shipping was much faster than expected. The X-Class step through was carefully packed and double boxed to survive the harsh world of Fed Ex shipping. The inclusion of touch up paint and spare hardware was cool, but not needed yet. The bike was simple to assemble, even without looking at any directions. 100 miles in and absolutely no issues.

No problems. And this bike arrived kuch faster than my Grizzley because of no supply chain issues from the pandemic.

Very well packed and protected bikes in shipment. No damage or scratches.
