Ariel Rider customer service is very good. They have been very quick to respond via email and always go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met. Shipping is a sore spot with me though as they use FedEx. FedEx always disappoints me and unfortunately that reflects on the overall buying experience. My bike arrived undamaged but I had to call FedEx three times to have a package trace opened due to delays. Love the bikes, love Ariel Rider company but hate FedEx.
