When you shop online you are taking a chance that 1. ) it will fit. 2. ) that the quality will meet your expectations and needs. Unless there's a hassle free return policy it's not worth it. In my case I discovered this too late. I've submitted a return form and haven't received a reply in over a week. There is a 30 day limitation on returns and items purchased on Cyber Monday for Christmas gifts have practically reached the end of that window. Purchaser is responsible for 100% of the return cost. It seems the sizes of the bibs and gloves run very small. If you follow the sizing charts provided by Arctic Shield, like I did, they almost for sure will not fit. And YOU are responsible for the return shipping due to the misleading sizing charts. Also after two uses, the stitching on the gloves is coming out, very disappointed in the gloves given the price.

The jacket is very noisy, which doesn’t work for deer hunting. The outer material rubs together under the arms, creating noise and there is material between the inner and outer fabric (I’m guessing it’s the weather proof layer) that is very loud when wearing the coat. Sounds like cellophane being crumpled. The coat does not work for my application. Hate it because I have older ArcticShield clothing that is not like that at all and I have enjoyed them for the last 12 years or so. Wanted to upgrade to a new set. Disappointed for sure.
