I got the correct sizing to go over a lace up boot. Not even a big rubber boot and they do not fit.

I purchased a pair of the Arcticshield boot covers. According to the size chart it did not fit.

Ordered your largest size boot insulators which said would fit size 12 men’s. Not even close can’t get over my boots. Tried emailing twice and filled out the contact us form on your website and did not hear back. Finally called and after a lengthy hold, I was told I can ship these back on my dime. Really bad experience overall

I recently ordered a heater body suit for an upcoming event I had helping a Vietnam Veteran on a tribute deer hunt. I ordered the suit and they stated it would be here on Friday before I left. It arrived 4 days late after the event had taken place. That is not the most dissatisfying part of the experience. I sent an email and received your response and shipping issues do happen. I understand. When I arrived home in the evening out my my curb on the street I saw a box leaning against some garbage for pick up. I did not recognize the box as my garbage so I got out of my vehicle and discovered a soggy wet box that was crumpled on multiple sides. My 12 year old son was excited to open our new purchase for hunting together. My name was spelled correctly on the shipping labels and written also on a white piece of taped with a black marker. When he opened the box written on the top inside the brown cardboard written in black marker was the words “Dicks Hangers”. I then had to try to explain something akward to my son, and that I had no idea what it meant. I found the words to be insulting and inappropriate. My name is Richard and I go by Rick. I do not appreciate it when anyone calls me Dick, let alone Dick Hangers. This had to be written by one of your employees on the inner part of the package because it was sealed. The product’s packaging did look professional inside and the item seemed to be in tact. This was my first order from your company and to say the least I feel like I have been let down by the lack of professionalism from some employee of yours. The spelling is nowhere remotely even close to my actual name. I look forward to using the heater body suit this season but I don’t believe I will be placing any orders in the future. I am a retired disabled veteran and work as a field staff for several other brands and volunteer with several organizations in multiple states. I come in contact with hundreds of potential customers that I will not be referring to you at this point in time. I feel an appropriate response as to why this happened is in order at the very least. Thank you for your attention in this matter. I did not enjoy my son calling me “dick hangers”. And had to explain how inappropriate that is and how to respect someone’s feelings.
