Tundra Bibs Defect
I will start off by saying I love ArcticShield products and have been a customer for many years. I plan on buying more. However, I purchased some Tundra bibs and the entire crotch ripped out (one season) Looked like defect as it was not ripped. So I reached out to customer service, and they were very professional. They said they would replace them and for me to send proof of purchase along with photos. I did so. Then I was told they no longer carry the Timber pattern. So instead of giving me a full refund, they only gave me 50% off the next purchase. Grateful for the 50%, but I think ArcticShield should have credited me with the same amount as the original purchase. Just left a nasty taste in my mouth.
