Online store was great. I ordered 3 items and they arrived quickly and were of great quality. I ordered 1 size too big so I had to return them and reorder a smaller size. Replacement order came quickly and everything was good. The return process is a bit cumbersome. I had to actually call to get my refund. The warehouse never updated that they had received my return even after it was delivered a week and a half before. You shouldn't have to call to get your refund. I also think a free exchange policy due to size differences should be offered. As a new customer I had no real idea if the sizes I was ordering would fit or not and I had to pay quite a bit in return shipping due to the location of the warehouse. Overall I would say it was good not great.

I was very disappointed that the return process was difficult and expensive. Arctic Shield does not offer free returns, so if you are unhappy with the size, fit, or quality of the product you ordered you must pay for return shipping.

Great product, just a little short

The size chart isn't very accurate i ordered large according to the fit chart and they are tool small. Won't fit my size 10 boots. Shame on me for not trying them first

They are nice, but for hunting, they make too much of a crinkly noise
